My journey in innovation began in 2008 when I embarked on my first startup venture. At that time, we were reshaping the industry by introducing an Interactive Mobile Marketing Platform (B2C), empowering retailers to swiftly embrace mobile and interactivity within a mere 24 hours.

In 2009, my unwavering dedication to innovation took center stage when I was honored to be featured at the Rogers Innovation Center. This recognition served as a resounding testament to our commitment to cutting-edge solutions. Rogers Canada, acknowledging the excellence of our mobile interactive scratch promotions platform, extended a partnership, designating us as a Solutions Provider within their esteemed Data Alliance Program. This collaboration empowered us to deliver Interactive Mobile Marketing Solutions to Rogers' esteemed business clientele, with a clear mission: enable businesses to swiftly GO MOBILE & INTERACTIVE—within just 24 hours.


Furthermore, as an early adopter of both drone technology and 360-degree video capture, we ventured into uncharted territory, utilizing a custom mount housing 6 GoPros. This commitment to pioneering innovation has always been at the core of my approach, firmly embracing the notion of staying ahead of the curve.

Bringing over 30 years of invaluable experience, I am a seasoned Creative Marketing Technologist. My enduring journey in the realm of innovation has spanned decades, establishing me as a trusted and accomplished expert in the field.

THE REAL ESTATE CONNECTION

In 2011, I embarked on a significant venture into the real estate sector, bringing with me a wealth of innovation and experience from the emerging mobile frontier. This transition marked a pivotal moment as I introduced fresh concepts and expertise to an industry just beginning to explore the digital landscape.

At the forefront of this transformation, I pioneered the use of QR codes on signage, effectively bridging the gap with the burgeoning mobile consumer. This groundbreaking approach empowered real estate developers to engage with their audience in innovative and impactful ways.


Today, as the Marketing Director at Metrocite, a prominent real estate promoter, developer, and construction company, I continue to push the boundaries of innovation. My role at Metrocite uniquely positions me to blend decades of marketing and sales expertise with the dynamic real estate landscape, ensuring that every project benefits from cutting-edge strategies.

Over my extensive career spanning more than 30 years, I have consistently demonstrated a commitment to excellence by pioneering marketing innovations and providing crucial support to sales teams in converting leads into buyers rapidly. 


Some of the standout projects I've been a part of include:

  1. Domaine Des Berges: I led the charge in revolutionizing marketing strategies for multi-million-dollar waterfront homes, establishing new benchmarks for luxury real estate development. Through the implementation of cutting-edge marketing and sales approaches, we elevated the standards in this sector.
  2. Aquablu Condominiums: I was at the helm of the marketing efforts for these luxurious waterfront condos, spanning a price range from $500k to $4M. My innovative marketing techniques consistently secured top rankings in Laval & Montreal, resulting in expedited lead-to-buyer conversions.
  3. Metrocite's Baldwin Condominiums and Rental Units: Managing both marketing and sales strategies for this expansive project, comprising two phases and a total of 200 units ranging from $400k to $2M, was a significant achievement. My unwavering focus on innovation and dedicated support to the sales team played a pivotal role in expeditious lead conversions. Moreover, I extended my expertise to oversee Metrocite's rental units, totaling over 100+ doors, where I applied my marketing and sales acumen to guide the rentals team to success.
